THERESA KUFUOR necklace

THERESA KUFUOR necklace

€116.00Prezzo
This ethnic necklace is composed of a very soft structure in Kente, folded several times and rotated on itself.
The fabric used is dedicated to the former First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Theresa Kufuor, and is the real star of this jewel: here the texture of the fabric and its characteristics are particularly highlighted. According to the Ashanti symbolism, yellow means beauty, wellness and preciousness; green, evoking the forest and vegetation, means growth and spiritual renewal; red is a symbol of passion, spiritual and political attitude, and tradition.
The design of this necklace is completed by a silver chain in which white agate beads are interspersed with paper beads made through the Quilling technique, and reflecting the colours of the fabric (red, green and gold). The jewel is defined by a chain and a gold plated silver clasp.
